I grew up in the suburbs just outside the city, but five years ago I finally made the move into Chicago, and I haven’t looked back since. I’ve spent my entire working life in restaurants, serving locals, hearing your stories, and soaking up everything that makes this city so special. From late-night shifts to busy brunch crowds, I’ve seen how Chicagoans show up—resilient, real, and full of pride no matter what the weather throws at us.

That’s why I started this brand. After years of hard work saving up and building this from the ground up, I wanted to create something that gives back to the community that’s always had my back.
